Tourmaline’s crystal structure is hexagonal, with striations running in parallel. It comes in many colors from black to pink, green, purple, and red.
It’s a fairly hard stone that is used in fine jewelry, but rough or raw pieces are generally more suitable for crystal healing. They are also more affordable!
