Jasper Meaning & Properties

Jasper is an opaque variety of microcrystalline quartz that comes in many colors and patterns, each of which have their own properties (linked below).

Jasper is a form of quartz, similar to Agate, but is fully opaque whereas agate often has translucent areas.
